Shipping Policy
- Standard shipping ships via U.S. Postal Service (should arrive in
5-10 business days).
***NOTE*** Vinyls, as well as any combination of merch that weighs more than 13oz, will be shipped via Priority Mail.***
- We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the number of the item(s) being shipped.
- All orders are processed within three business days.
- Weekend orders are processed by the following Tuesday. What Are Records? does not process orders during weekends. In addition, What Are Records? does not guarantee same day shipping.
- All orders must be pre-paid (no COD orders).
- Shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an item is out-of-stock, we will give the customer the choice to refund the item.
